"Hi Harsimer, I'm assuming this message is from Jasdeep as we've never done business together and you have not now or ever been a customer. Jasdeep, you received an incorrect bill. My office contacted State Farm to have it corrected. It was expected to be completed on 10/4 but unfortunately wasn't updated until the 7th. A new correct bill was sent to you on the 7th. We suspended your billing so no incorrect payments could be attempted in Sept. No additional funds were taken and the cancelation you requested on the 4th has been submitted but not processed. There is nothing more my office can do for you as no funds were taken and I apologize you received an incorrect bill. If you review your account you'll see that it's been updated. Thank you for your business."
